Where we work

Industrial and commercial building stock varies across the province, and so do the demolition situations. On the Costa del Sol, in Marbella, Estepona and Mijas, the work often involves commercial premises, old service buildings and hardstanding on plots being redeveloped, with tight access and neighbours close by. In the Guadalhorce valley, around Alhaurín de la Torre, Cártama and Coín, business parks, warehouses and agricultural buildings are more common.

Inland, the comarca of Antequera, Archidona and Campillos have farm buildings, storage sheds and older industrial structures on larger plots. Ronda and Vélez-Málaga combine protected historic centres, where a demolition needs licence and possibly heritage authorisation, with industrial and agricultural areas on their outskirts.
