Ask for an industrial demolition quote

• Photos of the building or area, inside and out, including the roof, the floor and the access from the street.
• Floor area and height, approximate if you do not have drawings, and the number of storeys.
• Address or municipality in the province of Málaga.
• Structure and materials: steel frame, block walls, concrete frame, roof type, and whether the roof may be asbestos cement (uralita).
• What lies below: slab, pits, ramps, tanks or foundations, and whether they have to come out.
• Access and surroundings: width of the entrance, room for lorries, adjoining units or neighbours.
• Deadline and the state of the paperwork with your técnico and the ayuntamiento.
• Documents you already have: proyecto or memoria técnica, drawings, health and safety study.
