Can the concrete be crushed on the plot?
On larger plots with clean concrete and masonry, crushing on site can avoid sending a lot of material away, provided there is a use for the aggregate. Who does what on a Cártama demolition
A demolition involves several parties, and keeping roles clear avoids delays. The owner, as promotor, commissions the técnico and files the paperwork with the ayuntamiento. The técnico drafts the project or technical report, the health and safety study and the waste management study. As contractor, we prepare our health and safety plan and our waste management plan from those documents and carry out the work.
When several companies or self-employed workers take part, for example a RERA-registered subcontractor for an asbestos roof alongside our demolition team, the promotor appoints a health and safety coordinator for the execution phase. We work with that coordinator from the first day on site.

Do you work in Estación de Cártama and in the outlying districts?

Can you remove an old concrete water tank from my land?
Yes. Concrete tanks are broken out with excavator attachments, the steel is separated and the rubble removed by fraction.
What if a lorry cannot reach my rural plot?
We use a smaller machine and move the rubble to a point where it can be loaded, or use skips or rubble bags where that is more practical.
Can you leave some old foundations buried?
That is your técnico's decision for the new project. We remove what the documentation says and leave the rest.
Is my plot near the castle affected by heritage rules?
Possibly. Ask your técnico to confirm it with the ayuntamiento before work is planned.
Do I get proof of where the rubble went?
Yes. Each load goes to an authorised facility and you receive the delivery receipt.
Can you remove concrete slabs and hardstanding?
Yes. Floor slabs, yards, loading areas, patios and driveways are broken out, the steel separated and the rubble removed.
What identification does the owner need for the paperwork?
For municipal and tax procedures related to the works, the owner identifies with a DNI, NIE or NIF.
Can you demolish part of a warehouse and keep the rest?
Yes. Partial demolition follows the técnico's documentation so that the remaining structure stays stable throughout.
Is RD 396/2006 still the asbestos regulation?
No. It was repealed by Real Decreto 847/2026, in force since late October 2026.
